Sharing Stories about Cooperation Sharing Stories about Cooperation is a course aimed at children aged 9/10(form III) who have been learning English for two years. The aim of 30 meetings – 45 minutes each is to improve collaborative skills, students attitudes towards school, peers, and self, increase ability to appreciate and consider a variety of perspectives, increase students responsibility for their own learning and motivation to learn. The programme is based on 7 picture books (real books) about different aspects of cooperation and sharing.

The cooperative learning work has been organised in three groups of 20 children each. Two experimental groups have been carefully guided through co-operative learning programme and one controlled group has been tested to make comparisons.Six teachers and two school psychologists have been involved in the process of planning, evaluating and gathering information. How was cooperative learning/teachingorganized?
