Main Menu MobileTech • Add and Close Work Orders • View Equipment Information with historical inspections and repairs • Add Equipment and complete new Equipment Inspection Work Orders • Find Work Orders by Equipment Control #, Serial #, Work Order #, Equipment Type (Class), or Facility/Department. • Update Equipment Location and Metered Usage • Physical Inventory of Parts • Syncs with MediMizer via USB

  2. Work Order List MobileTech • See all open Work Orders in a list • Scan Equipment or Area bar code to quickly find any open Work Orders • Tab on a Work Order to see all information in the Work Order Form…

  5. Add A Service MobileTech For Service labor records, tracks: • When work was done • How long it took • Who did it • What was done • Amount to charge (for service providers)

  6. MobileTech Select Check Procedures to Run • Complete list of check procedures to perform • Check Procedures appropriate for the Equipment are shown automatically • For scheduled inspections, selects procedures that are due

  7. MobileTech Checks • Displays all checks to be performed in a list • Select Pass or Fail and next check is automatically selected • Can also enter readings (ohms, volts, etc.) with Checks • Check Results are permanently stored with the Work Order

  8. MobileTech Parts Used in Work Order • Select Parts needed by Part #, Vendor Part #, Part # • Can also enter a new Part not in inventory • Find Parts by Part #, Name, Manufacturer, etc. • Enter quantity used and charge amounts • Multiple Parts can be used on a single Work Order

  9. MobileTech Find Work Order • Can quickly find Work Orders by Work Order #, Type (Inspection, Repair, Emergency, Recall, etc.), Equipment Control #, Serial #, Area, Equipment Type, Facility, or Department

  10. MobileTech Work Orders by Class • To locate all Work Orders for a particular type of Equipment (what MediMizer calls Class), select the Class from the list. • Shows all Work Orders for particular Class in a filtered list.

  11. MobileTech Work Orders by Facility & Dept. • Easily filter Work Orders for just the Facility and Department that you want to work in. • Only the Facilities and Departments that have open Work Orders appear in the list. • As Work Orders are closed, they are removed from the list.

  14. MobileTech Usage Readings • Enter meter readings for ventilators and other equipment • After specified number of hours (or other measure), PM is automatically triggered

  17. MobileTech Equipment Inventory • Equipment Inventory quickly updates the location for multiple pieces of Equipment. • Just scan or enter the Control # and Location. • Multiple pieces of Equipment can be updated in a single Location.

  18. MobileTech Parts Inventory • Use Part Inventory to take a physical inventory of replacement Parts • List marks Parts that have been inventoried already with an asterisk (*). • Just scan or enter Part #. • Shows expected quantity. Enter actual quantity.
