  11. The set-up and crane to drive pilings and the cinched pilings. The pilings were weight tested and then cut off at a set level. The remaining steel was recycled.

Rooftop Solar System • In 2008 installed a 100 kilowatt solar rooftop system • 462 solar panels, Sharp 216 Watt Modules, Installed on a Ballast Frame, Zantrex GT 100 Inverter, Weight 61,000 pounds • The system is sized to meet the common area electric load • Significantly reduces both consumption of non-renewable energy and operating costs. • In its life span, the system will produce 2,764,375 kWh of electricity. • The environmental benefit is equal to 1,450 tons of avoided CO2 emissions, 19,725 trees planted, or 2,193,950 miles not driven in a car.
