I) CTM-ONLINE – RCD-ONLINE • CTM-ONLINE is the most used (40% of visits to OHIM website) • Last version from September 2006 • A new release has just been put in production: • changing the list of statuses (introduction of CTMs in status “File Closed”) • displaying information regarding partial transfer and division of CTMs • Displaying the representative before OHIM for IRs • correcting some bugs (possiblity to search CTM “acquire distinctiveness”…) 3

  4. I) CTM-ONLINE – RCD-ONLINE CTM-ONLINE is the most used (40% of visits to OHIM website) Main problems: 1- Problems of daily refresh (many failures) 2- Problem of some CTMs that cannot be retrieved. 4

I) CTM-ONLINE – RCD-ONLINE • RCD-ONLINE • Around 15 000 visits/month. 10 times less than CTM-ONLINE • Main limitations are that : • no recordals are published (including change of representative/ownership) • RCD disappears from the database when declared invalid. This issue will be solved Q3/2007. 5

  6. I) CTM-ONLINE – RCD-ONLINE RCD-ONLINE Around 15 000 visits/month. 10 times less than CTM-ONLINE Main problems: 1- Search recently published RCD. This problem has been solved last week 2- Limitation when doing some searches in DE, FR, ES and IT. Should be solved on September 6

  7. CTM E-FILING • Around 75% use – 5000 e-filing/month • On May 2006: implementation of e-payment – 3% use 7

  10. B2B CTM E-FILING • Version 1 in production with Dennemeyer: • 4 representatives using it • 4 representatives testing it • Version 2 in production • - Ready for production with CPA Inprotech • - Test going on with 11 companies Edital, Dennemeyer, Patrix, ORDIPAT, EPONA

  11. RCD E-FILING • Still first version of the system : no integration with back office, no automatic allocation of RCD number 11

  12. E-OPPOSITION • Launched in July 2006. 12

  13. MYPAGE • MYPAGE (launched 12/04): • Over 2000 users • 70% representatives/30% owners • 77% use e-communication • representing 40% of CTM filed 13

MYPAGE • New improvements • Possibility to modify personal details via MyPage (since end March) • E-Mail notification for search reports • Possibility to visualize documents of non published CTMs – Only for representative and owner • Main problems: • Problems when opening large mailboxes with no automatic archiving in folders. 14

  15. E-RENEWAL Since 1/11/2005 95% via e-renewal. E-Renewal: electronic renewal of CTM Main issue: - Print option after having filed is not working. Should be fixed soon

  16. ONLINE ACCESS TO CTM FILES Since 18/06/2006 Only documents of CTM filed or published in part A after 01/01/2004. During the first week, 2791 documents have been opened. 45% opposition documents 30% CTM documents No problems have been reported so far.
