Goals: By the end of this presentation, we will be able to answer the following questions: • Where did the data say we were? • What did we say we would do? • Did we do what we said? • What’s the evidence of implementation and effectiveness? • How will we focus our efforts in 2008-2009?

The School Improvement Plan should: • guide our work • be referred to and reviewed often • focus on our priorities • be updated regularly • be monitored continuously

Implementing/Monitoring Interventions • How are the interventions used to accelerate learning for student groups? • How do we monitor progress? • Are the interventions working? How do we know? • How does our roster support maximum implementation of interventions?
Reflecting on the Data What are the strengths and areas of concern that emerge from a review of the data? Using various data sources are there achievement gaps between student groups in Reading and Math? Identify them.
