Required Education • I must graduate from high school. • I need to Survive Basic Training (Boot camp) • I have to complete MOS (Military Occupational Specialty) school.
What I’ll be doing • Guarding a base • Arresting Marines that are doing something that doesn’t represent the title • General Police duty, just for Trained killers.
Pay Grade • As an E-1 (Private) ~ 18,194 • As an E-9 (Sergent Major of the Marine Corps) ~57,467-89,222
Steps taken to prepare • P.T. regularly. • Graduate. • Study My Knowledge. Every Marine has stood through parris island on these footprints.
Possible jobs • The Marine Corps have a MOS for just about every job available but for accessibility let just talk about MP. • Corrections. • Canine Unit. • “Beat cop”
Things to know • Ohio is one of the best states for veterans, every year in service counts towards retirement if you work for the government after. Most states only do half.
