2. 2019-2020 Business Partner Program We are pleased to provide you with the Business Partner Program for the Mile High Denver Chapter of ARMA. This program is effective July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. Thank you for your interest and support of your Denver area Records & Information Management and Information Governance communities!

Program Goals • Foster relationships between MHD Chapter of ARMA Board Of Directors, Business Partners, Members, Guests, ARMA International, and other Chapters • Maintain opportunities for continued sponsorship • Ensure continued success of the MHD Chapter • Provide relevant Information Governance (IG) data and Records Management (RM) resources for Members • Provide on-going education for Industry Best Practices

Chapter Event Descriptions Monthly Programs / Educational Meetings • Nine (9) Monthly Programs/Educational Meetings per chapter year • Monthly Programs are sponsored by select Business Partners who are given the opportunity to open event with 5 minute presentation; meet, greet and network with attendees, sponsorship signage and receive “opt-in” registration info • All Business Partners encouraged to attend regular meetings with the same registration price as Members Spring Seminar / Business Partner Expo • Annual Spring Seminar/Business Partner Expo (to be held Tuesday,April 21st, 2020) • Opportunity to provide information about services and products • Opportunity to network with attendees and guests • All Business Partners are offered a booth for the Spring Seminar Business Partner Educational Workshops • Opportunity for Business Partners to conduct educational workshops in conjunction with Monthly Programs • Workshops are 30 minutes in length and offered at no charge to attendees • Sponsor choice for topic with development help from member-run Workshop Committee, as requested • Additional Promotional Pricing of $100 and advance scheduling when paid for on or prior to September 1, 2019 • Additional price to conduct a workshop is $150 after September 1, 2019 Networking Events • Business Partner sponsoring the event will have an opportunity to present for 5 minutes to the group of attendees • Business Partner sponsorship signage at networking event • Opportunity to interact with fellow members in a casual, social environment • Five (5) potential networking events during the chapter year

Registration Process • Program Year runs from July 1 through June 30 with Monthly Programs from September, 2019 through June, 2020 • Must submit registration via the MHD website at www.armadenver.org • Registration opens Monday, July 1st, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. • Online payment is required at time of registration to ensure your sponsorship level • Payments must be made using Visa, MasterCard, AmEx or PayPal account • Online payment is required at time of registration to receive $100 BP Educational Workshop price and scheduling preference • Payments must be made using Visa, MasterCard, AmEx or PayPal account • Registration is available on first come, first pay basis (with exception of Platinum – with first right of refusal after first year; no more than two consecutive years unless no other BP registers for spot.)
