Achieving the Dream (AtD) The Key Performance Indicators: • Successful completion of developmental courses and advancement to college level courses • Successful completion of initial college level or gateway courses • Completion of courses with a grade of “C” or better • Persistence from term to term and year to year • Attainment of a certificate or degree

Institutional Research Department Growth to Support Need for Information • Before 2012 there were 4 associates in IRPE to primarily cover required mandated reporting • In 2014 IRPE encompasses many area • State Reporting and Federal (IPEDS) • Quality Enhancement Plans (QEP) • Institutional Effectiveness Plans (IEP) • District reports and data requests • District-wide survey administration • SACS compliance reporting • District and campus data needs
