5. Training Center Select TRAINING tab once in myUK portal

12. Training Center Copy Forward/ Auto Enter Select TRAINING ACTIVITIES to see what you are registered for Select START NOW to be taken to information page

14. Training Center LOG OFF will exit you from the WBT; course will not be completed until all slides have been read CONTINUE will take you to the test… all slides must be read prior to

16. Training Center After you select Continue on the last slide of the WBT, you will be taken to a screen that looks like the following…. Select where is says “HERE” and you will be taken to the Test to complete the requirements for the WBT

17. Training Center When the test has been completed, select “END TEST” and your answers will be submitted for grading

18. Training Center In the Feedback line, you will see CONGRATULATIONS or SORRY message based on whether the test has been passed. In Congratulations message there will be further instructions on Confirming Participation. Select CLOSE to continue…

19. Training Center Select “LOG OFF” to be taken back to Course Window where you will select CONFIRM PARTICIPATION and be given credit for the course

20. Training Center Select “Confirm Participation” to be credited for the course.

21. Training Center Confirmation that the course have been completed and that credit has been given.

22. Training Center Confirmation that the course have been completed and that credit has been given– it can now be seen on the Training Activities Completed Courses.

23. Important Dates • September 30th at 5:00pm– NetLearning will be shut off • (ALL transcripts need to be printed by this time) • October 1st– Training tab within myUK will be the only way to register for classes (TLC will no longer register by phone or by using Online Registrations– with the exception of New Employee Orientation)
