Goal • What do I want to achieve? • How does my use of time affect my goals? • Can/Should I make any changes in my use of time? • If so, what kinds of changes?
Plan • What type of schedule (calendar, planner, etc.) will work best for me? • Get it! • Create it! • Post it where you can’t miss it!
STEPS • Don’t get overwhelmed—break it down • ID other time-consuming factors in your life • Evaluate! What worked, what didn’t, why not, then fix it! • What will you use to complete tasks on a daily basis? • Get it! Use it!
