Web Referral Process – The Basics • Referring Person enters a referral via a secure link. • Immediately after submitting the referral, the referring person receives a confirmation email. 3. SJ referral coordinator receives an email notification that a referral has been received. A. Referral flows into the online referral program/holding area. 4. SJ referral coordinator contacts the patient within one business day and moves the referral into the kidney program.
