  1. REPUBLICA DE COLOMBIA DEPARTAMENTO DEL VALLE DEL CAUCA SECRETARÍA DE EDUCACIÓN PROGRAMA FORTALECIMIENTO DE LA CONVIVENCIA DEMOCRÁTICA, DERECHOS HUMANOS Y RESOLUCIÓN PACÍFICA DE CONFLICTOS EN LAS INSTITUCIONES EDUCATIVAS

El Ministerio de Educación de Colombia, en la Nueva Ley de Educación Colombiana, estableció en el artículo 14 y 25, los proyectos obligatorios que se deben trabajar en toda institución educativa, al igual que las áreas de conocimiento general • Los proyectos son 5 y están dirigidos a la educabilidad del estudiante: • Educación en la Constitución, derechos humanos, resolución de conflictos, civismo y buenas maneras, derecho de familia, derecho laboral y jueces de paz. • Educación sexual y el consumo de drogas. • Educación ambiental. • Educación en el uso del tiempo libre, recreación y educación física. • Educación para la paz, la solidaridad (Afrodescendientes y personas desplazadas por el conflicto armado) y el cooperativismo.

Las áreas de conocimiento general son 9 y están dirigidas a la • formación intelectual o enseñabilidad del estudiante: • Ciencias naturales (Biología, Educación ambiental, Química). • Ciencias Sociales (Geografía, Historia, Filosofía). • Matemáticas (Aritmética, Geometría, Álgebra, Física, Cálculo, Trigonometría). • Educación física. • Ética y valores. • Humanidades (Español, Inglés). • Educación artística. • Educación religiosa. • Tecnología.

  4. MODELO PEDAGÓGICO HACIA LA PAZ

  5. COSTOS 2007 La implementación de todos los programas en el presente año, tiene un valor aproximado por proyecto de US 300.000. Son cinco proyectos para un total de US 1.500.000. El Departamento del Valle del Cauca aporta US 300.000, representado en el trabajo de la ONG Escuela Ciudadana y el Equipo de la Secretaría de Educación que dirige el Proyecto General.
