National AEO Lt Col Mike McArdle michael.mcardle@att.net Reports to: Senior Advisor - Support Function: Assist the national leadership with the planning & successful implementation of their goals and vision, as it relates to all aspects of the Aerospace Education mission.
National AEO Responsibilities - Work and coordinate with the NHQ staff, AE partners, and the membership to develop, evaluate, implement, upgrade and promote internal and external AE programs - Work in coordination with the AE Region & Wing counterparts providing support & resources to achieve their AE goals
National AEO Identify solutions to existing or emerging problems & opportunities for enhancement in the area of AE Provide supervision, including constructive feedback and corrective actions to subordinates in a timely, respectful fashion Promote continuing professional development to all working group participants

Youth Development Programs Air Force Association (AFA) - CyberPatriot – each unit consider forming a team -- CAP teams: $375 registration waived, so no cost to cadets or units; www.uscyberpatriot.org -- CAP national Champion 2 consecutive years -- CAP has online cybersecurity module and mentors available in all areas -- Registration ends September 30 -- Excellent opportunity for free national cadet special activity for ANY cadet involvement
