Year 13 success • 47 % of all A level grades achieved at Alsager Sixth Form were either A*, A or B in this years results. • 81% of students achieved 3 a level passes (college record) • 81% of students secured a place at their first choice University
Provision through our two week timetable • Nine one hour periods per fortnight per subject • Form period everyday • Two one hour periods devoted to Key Skills for Leadership (20 UCAS points) • Four periods of enrichment (work experience, volunteering) • Eight none contact periods • Assemblies • Termly focus • Autumn Ambition (aim high) • Spring Fellowship (belonging and contributing to our community) • Summer Character(charity work and fund raising)

Tutorial support programme • Students under target in 2 or more subjects are assigned a coach Meet every two weeks Review performance Set targets and review target Meet with Mr Evans • Students under target in one subject are referred to the subject teacher Subject specific advice Supported by form tutor • Supervised sessions during enrichment (office hours) to catch up Monitored by Head of Sixth Form • Rewards for outstanding effort and achievement via tutor nominations
Mocks and work placement All subjects set exams for 5th January 2015 Results sent home Friday 6th February 2015 English resit 4th November Maths resit 5th & 7th November Results 8th January 2015 Traineeships receive two work placements that last eighteen weeks. All employers send reports directly to school
