3. 1. NEP Background • A membership organization consist of 88 national and international organization working in education field through out the country. • Coordinate dialogues between MoEYS, Donors and Education NGOs

NEP’s Vision and Mission • Vision: “Working together to achieve equal and timely access to high quality education for all Cambodian people” • Mission: NGO Education Partnership is a membership organization that coordinates dialogue and cooperation among key stakeholders to improve the quality and accessibility of education in Cambodia.

5. NEP’s Goals • Strengthen links between government, development partners and the education NGO sector • Increase members’ capacity to contribute to education reform • Strengthen NEP’s advocacy capacity • Strengthen NEP’s organisational development
