A very short history of the One Programme/One Budgetary Framework • 27-28 February: towards One UN Retreat • 5 April: signing of the One UN Concept Paper • 28-30 May: One Programme workshop • 20-21 September: validation workshop basic principles One Programme + elaboration of the One Budgetary Framework and One Fund + approval of Code of Conduct • 4-8 October: Interagency Mission on Financial Accountabilities and Audit – finetuning of all documents • Sept-Oct.: finalization of the budget for the different activities of the Common Operational Document
