What are Categories? How can I use them in Entourage? • Categories allow you to color code contacts or calendar events. • You can assign your contacts to be color-coded categories, such as Work, Personal, Family, and so forth. • You can also display your calendar events in color, by assigning them a certain category.

Creating and Editing Categories Select “Edit” from the Entourage menu and select “Categories” and “Edit Categories”. http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/entourage2004/using.aspx?pid=usingentourage2004
