  4. Procedures: 1. Explain when there is a conflict, there is a problem. 2 .When trying to resolve conflicts, it helps to have a way to think about the problem and attempt to solve it. 3. The chart maps out what should be done 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. In addition, using the chart enables each party to say and write out their perspective, ideas, thoughts, and feelings.
