  1. "Healthy Europe, Happy Europe" La scuola di Lockerbie In Scozia 3 Marzo –7 marzo 2013

On May the girls Torrisi Gaia and Alosi Carla and the teachers Finocchiaro Angela and Marino Clara of the Istituto Comprensivo “V.Verga” Fiumefreddo Italy , went to Lockerbie Primary school ,Scotland. Here they met all the others hehe groups coming from England, Portugal ,Bulgaria ,Lithuania , Trapani ,Turkey ,Poland and France ; it was fantastic for all of them to meet once again the friends they hosted in Sicily.

  3. The visit was very interesting and amusing either for students or teachers. After a warm welcome ceremony and visit of the school, they were involved in different didactic activities during which they experimented different teaching and learning strategies .The girls met new friends and, even if a bit worried, exchanged ideas, telling about their countries, their school-life.

  4. They visited the seat of the Scottish Parliament in Edinburg , the Glasgow Science Centre, the National football Stadium in Hampden but they particularly appreciated the “ Ceilidh” during which they saw Scottish dancers wearing the Kilt.

  5. During their free time in Edinburg they admired its monuments and the fantastic landscapes, took a lot of photos of very characteristic views of the city.
