Accounting I Full year class 1 credit Grades 10-12 You will learn basic accounting principles as they relate to both manual and computerized financial systems. The purpose of this course is to teach beginning accounting principles and prepare you for further accounting studies at the college level or with technical training. Accounting is one of the business core courses needed for any type of business major in college. Accounting is used in many areas of business and government.

FBLA The club associated with the business department is FBLA – Future Business Leaders of America. You must have had or be enrolled in a business class to be a member of FBLA. The keyboarding class in the 8th grade does satisfy this requirement. Auto Body Collision Repair Provides Training in all areas auto body repair and refinishing Students will receive concurrent college credit
Automotive Service Technology Provides students training in brakes, electrical systems, engine performance, and suspension/steering systems Students receive college credit from ASU Searcy
Power Sports Tech Prepares students with knowledge and skills in the repair, service, and maintenance of small internal-combustion engines. Certificate of Proficiency in Power Sports will be received after successful completion of this program. Students will receive concurrent college credit from ASU Searcy.
Prepares the student with an overview of the natural gas, wind, solar and other alternative energy industries. Energy and Robotics tech
Computer Machining Tech Combines computer and machine tool technology. Students will learn how to use computer numerical control lathe and mill. Students will receive a Certificate of Proficiency after completing required courses. Students will receive concurrent college credit
Medical Professions An introduction into the world of medicine and medical careers. Medical procedures used in hospitals by nurses and other medical personnel will be learned. Students will learn modern medical terminology and study anatomy.
