2. Type in SSAXLST in the Go To… box. Hit Enter.

3. Schedule Cross List Definition form 1. Type in or select Term. 2. Click Cross List Group Identifier drop down arrow.

4. Schedule Cross List Query form Click Execute Query.

5. Schedule Cross List Query form 2. Exit form. 1. You will need a two-character code to be your Cross List Group Identifier. Look through the codes already existing. Choose any other combination.

6. Schedule Cross List Definition form 2. Click Next Block. 1. Type your two-digit code in the field.

7. Schedule Cross List Definition form 2. Click Next Block. 1. Enter maximum enrollment: total of all cross listed sections.

8. Schedule Cross List Definition form 2. Click Save. 3. Exit form. 1. Enter each CRN you are cross listing.
