Pasta Pasta is an old and well known Italian tradition. Particularly “spaghetti”, a type of pasta dressed with lots of different sauces. The Italians eat pasta at least once a day.
Pizza and Mandolino Pizza and mandolino are two Italian traditions typically Neapolitan well known abroad because brought there by Neapolitan emigrants. Pizza spread all over the world for its delicious taste, while mandolino remained only in Naples’s tradition.
Coffee The Italians drink a small cup of coffee at the end of every meal. We don’t use any mug (like other populations do) because our coffee is very restricted. We call it “espresso”.
Soccer The Italians speak about soccer continually and everywhere. For this reason we can say that “spoken soccer” is our national sport.
Art We are proud of our history and particularly of art masterpieces we have in every corner of our beautiful country. Some of them are icons of our country.
Fashion In Italy we have the most famous stylists in the word, we love style and we dress stylish.
We always sing The imagine that the Italians are frivolous people is only a stereotype. Actually, we sing just to distract ourselves.
Bad pronunciation We don’t have a good pronunciation of foreign languages, in particular of English.
Mafia Mafia is the oldest problem in Italy. Abroad we are often tagged like “mafiosi”, but this nickname shouldn’t be used for all our population.
