Every Section and Subsection Will Attend • Triennial gathering of IEEE Sections and Regions to • network with other Section leaders • attend training programs • Membership • Section Management & Operations • Section/Chapter Activities • develop recommendations to guide the future of the Institute • 2008 in Quebec City - Hilton Quebec Hotel • http://www.ieee.org/sc2008 • Bring your passport

Preparation Activities • Every Section and Subsection must have a Primary delegate – Region 4 funds (4 nights stay) • In the past, Region 4 also covered $400 toward one other additional attendee from each Section and Subsection • Other attendees funded by their Section (3 nights stay) • Online Community Region 4 - Folder • File of Attendees – send me info • Prices: • Registration $400 (waved for primary delegate) • Hotel $235 CAD per night • Adult partners $225, $125 children <= 12 years old • Flight ~ $700 (example from Detroit)
