Education • Education-University of Academic Julian Paris • He was a French painter and sculptor. He had teamed up with Andre Derain. They were both often ridiculed for the color and the way he painted thing. • Went to Paris to study law in 1887 • After her had and appendicitice attack he started to paint
Influences and Inspiration • He was inspired by: • Paul Cezanne • Gauguin • Van Gogh • Paul Signac • Japanese art • People/ mainly women
Movement, style • His paintings weren't realistic and he used bold colors.
