Anne Boleyn (1501-1536) • Henry VIII’s second wife • Queen from 1533-1536 • Maid of Honour to Catherine of Aragon • She refused Henry’s pursuits, as she did not want to become his mistress like her sister • She could not bear a son • Was accused of, tried for, and executed for adultery, high treason, and incest

Elizabeth II (Windsor) (1926-present) • Began her reign at age 25 in 1952, after the death of her father, George VI. • Currently has the second longest reign at 61 years • Married Prince Philip of Greece and Denmark in 1947 • He was prompted to take her last name • They have 4 children • Has celebrate Silver, Golden, and Diamond Jubilees.
