Determine Criterion to monitor • Need to define the criterion that will be monitored and the applicable entities • Currently 16 Regional Criteria (BPs) • Operating Reliability Work Group reviewing current MORC as part of Document Categorization (several sections moved to Regional Standards; some criterion will remain)

  3. Determine Criterion to monitor • Voltage Ride Through Criterion • Reliability Data Exchange Criterion • System Performance Criterion (TPL-001-004)

Process for monitoring Adherence to WECC Regional Criteria • Options to consider for monitoring adherence to WECC Criterion • Self Certification Reports from Applicable Entities (Honor System) • Develop a selection process for validation/spot review of Self Certification information • Site visits by WECC Staff or Regional Organization (OPS)
