Lessons I Have Learned • Resiliency can never be underappreciated. • Celebrations must be a part of school culture. • Sometimes, the only honest perspective faculty understand is objective. • Authenticity and accountability are critical for success. • If you give the opportunity to engage to all, and some choose not to participate, rally the troops and move forward. • Consistency is the most important aspect of organizational motivation…
