Facts about Pregnancy & Prevention • Females can ovulate before their 1st period. • Sperm can live from 12 hours to 6 days in the female reproductive tract. • Fertilization is possible during menstruation. • It only takes 1 sperm & 1 ovum for pregnancy to occur.
