Two Sources of Data • Implementation Fidelity: • Are we doing what we said we were going to do? • Student Outcomes: • If we are doing what we said we were going to do, is it having an impact on student outcomes?
Answering the First Question SWPBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) • Completed by the School Leadership Team • With supporting documentation (e.g., Walk-Through, products) We most recently completed (identify the specific Tier(s)) on (insert date here)
SWPBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) • Monitors our implementation of SWPBIS • Identifies strengths for celebration • Identifies areas of need for action planning • Target score is 70% or higher for Tier I and 80% or higher for Tiers II and III
Our S.M.A.R.T. Objective We will implement School-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (SWPBIS with fidelity as measured by a Tier I scale score of at least _________% on the SWPBIS Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) by June of 2018.
