I want us to become recognised for the excellence of our housing and regeneration work. Terry Fuller Regional Director Homes & Communities Agency
HCA Eastern Regional Regional Team “I want us to become recognised for the excellence of our housing and regeneration work. I want us to set an example and build a reputation that will spread round to the other HCA regions. I want our people to benefit from this in their careers. This will require a radically different approach to our projects, to our partnerships and to our customers. We have to be willing to re-imagine the way we have operated in the past. We will be dealing with a new government with a different mindset and a different agenda. Therefore, we have to move now and we have to move fast. There will be times when people will want to say ‘Woah! Hold on a minute!’ But we have to press forward. We must expect the best people here to get pinched by other regions as our reputation grows.”
