  4. Organizationally Unique Identifier OUI is now known as MAC-L (MAC Address Block – Large) They are issued by the IEEE Registration Authority http://standards.ieee.org/develop/regauth/cid/index.html There is a one-time fee of $2500 for issuing an OUI
