  1. DMHRSi Processing FY 11 Project Timeline Common Data Errors and Corrective Actions

  2. FY 11 Project and LCA Records on Organizations • Process same as last Fiscal Year. • We anticipate receiving the FY 2011 Military Labor JONs from BUMED M84 the first week of August. • The NMSC DMHRSi Support Team will create a spreadsheet for each command to review.

FY 11 Project and LCA Records on Organizations (Cont’d) • The spreadsheet will contain three tabs: • The proposed FY 11 Project/tasks with all of the accounting data elements (DMIS ID, FCC, JON, etc). • The proposed FY 11 LCA Record for each Organization on the AMD with the proposed accounting data elements. • A listing of the JONs received from M84. • Commands should review the Project/Tasks and LCA Record on Orgs tabs for any necessary changes (added/deleted tasks, JON/FCC changes, etc).
