Solar System!. How the solar system came into existence. The solar system was a cloud of dust called a nebula. The shock waves from a dying star triggered the dust particles to be drawn together.

How the solar system came into existence. • The solar system was a cloud of dust called a nebula. • The shock waves from a dying star triggered the dust particles to be drawn together. • The dust particles forms a dense disc and as more weight was drawn to the centre the temperature and gravity increased. • The planets were formed in the flat plane of the disc. The planets are what remains from the formation from the sun. as the disc increased in temperature and gravity rocks and planet were thrown out and the disc collapsed in on itself to create a sphere which we named the sun
When did the solar system come to existence. • It came to existence more than 4.5 billion years ago. • Starting with the sun which then spat the planets out. • This means we are actually a part of our sun.
