  1. J.N. Medical College Library • Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, AMU has a distinction of having one of the best medical libraries of India. It came into existence in the year 1962 along with the establishment of college. Since then the library has been a major source of reference not only for the students of Faculty of Medicine but also for the students of other faculties at campus. • The Library remains open 18 hrs. a day and provides access to e-journals & e-databases like Pub Med of USA (18 million documents), 290 e-journals from NML and enormous other e-resources/documents.

Medical College Library Useful Statistics: • Total No. of Books : 51554 • E-Journals : 290 through ERMED of NML, New Delhi • Journals (Printed Version): Foreign: 70, Indian: 31 • Internet/Medlars/Photocopy & Wi-Fi facilities are also available in the Library. • Library opening timings: 8:00 AM to 2:00 AM including Sundays & other holidays. • Total No. of users: 2000 (approx.) of J.N. Medical College, Dental College & School of Nursing • Covered area: 14000 sq.ft. • Seating capacity: 350
