Overview Billing report shows statistics of monthly license sales, there are two reports: • Billing report for month • It shows the total number of licenses sold for each license group or each license type • It shows grand total for all licenses sold for the month • License sales by month • It shows the total number of licenses sold for each license type • It shows the total amount of licenses sold for each license type • It shows the total number of all licenses sold for the month • It shows the total amount of all licenses sold for the month

  4. Overview Note: For MO, it’s different from other states. Besides ‘billing report for month’, It also prints below two reports: • Report 007 – card reissued • Shows total number of issued conservation cards • Shows total number of reissued conservation cards • Shows total number of both reissued and issued conservation cards • Shows total number of conservation and lifetime cards • Shows the details for each reissued conservation cards • Report 040 – lifetime cards • Shows total number of issued lifetime cards • Shows total number of reissued lifetime cards • Shows total number of issued and reissued lifetime cards • Shows details for each issued or reissued lifetime cards

Billing report for month • Common Feature (FL,IL,IA,TN,WI) • Get transaction license from TXNLICENSE • License status: active or reprinted • Get total for billable/charge license and non-billable/no charge license separately • Print totals for each type of license under billable and non-billable group Note: • For WI, transaction license table is called TXNAPPROVAL instead of TXNLICENSE • Different states have different ways to determine whether to charge or not. a) for FL,IL: use billing indicator LTYPE_BILLING_IND b) for IA ,TN, WI: hard code license ID

  6. Billing report for month • GA specific feature • Get license sales from GAHF/TXNSALE table • Process active and invalidated transactions • Get totals for boat and hunt/fish transactions through internet/phone/batch based on location type and location class

Billing report for month • MN specific feature • Print totals for customer changes a. get maintenance records from MNHF/MAINTLOG b. print totals for customer changes through POS, helpdesk, admin and batch 2. Print totals for license sales a. get license sale from MNHF/TXNSALE: process active, reprinted and void transactions b. print total number of Tier I licenses(charged and no charge) and Tier II licenses(charged and no charge)

  8. Billing report for month • MO specific feature • Get transaction license from MOHF/PERMPRIV table (permit privileges table) • Get total number of active, reversed, invalidated, voided, superseded privileges sold for each privilege type

License sales by month • Common Feature (IA,MN,IL,TN,GA) • Driver file is transaction license TXNLICENSE • Process active and reprinted licenses • Print total number of licenses sold for each license type • Print total amount of licenses sold for each license type • Print total number of all licenses sold for the month • Print total amount of all license sold for the month

  10. License sales by month • Common Feature (IA,MN,IL,TN,GA) Note: • For MN, report should be sorted by charge indicator and there are below four types of licenses. For each type of licenses, need to print subtotal. • Tier I charged license • Tier I no charge license • Tier II charged license • Tier II no charge license • For TN, there are two types of licenses which are ordinary license (license type <=599) and boat license(license type > 599). Report should print be sorted by license type and print subtotal for ordinary license and boat • For IL, it also prints license price ID for each license type • IA,GA has same report layout and process logic

License sales by month • FL specific Feature • Driver file is transaction license FLHF/TXNLICENSE • Process active and reprinted licenses • Only process billable licenses • Report should be sorted by pricing type and there are below four pricing type: • Internet/FWC main office • Phone • Subagents • Tax collectors • Under each pricing type, report should printed total amount, tax collector fee, FWC fee, county surcharge, agent amount and state amount for each license type • For each pricing type, should print subtotal

License sales by month • WI specific Feature • Driver file is vehicle registration file WIHF/REGISTRATION • Report prints non-lockbox vehicle transactions and then print lockbox vehicle transactions • For both non-lockbox and lockbox, there are three types of vehicles: boat, ATV and snowmobile • For each type of vehicles, there will be several kinds of transactions. For each kind of transaction, report should print total number
