  2. symptoms • On the sixth day of menstruation • Suddenly feel pain in her left lower abdomen

  3. General examination • Blepharon and lips were a little pale. • Others are normal.

  4. Gynecological examination: The uterus was in retroversion and larger than goose egg. The area of right adnexa was thick and a mass of 7*6*5cm could be touched.

  5. Blood routine • B-ultrasound: Back wall becomes thicker and the echo is rough. A cyst is seen in the area of right adnexa with fine spotted echo in it.

  6. Examination of the serum • TCT • Colposcopy • hysteroscopy

  7. Operation : Subtotal hysterectomy and oophorocystectomy under laparoscopy • Pathological diagnosis: Adenomyosis, myoma and endometriosis

  8. Before discharge ,doctor suggested me to take GnRH-a to prevent relapse of endometriosis and follow up after 1 month.
