Research Driven Leadership Experience LaShonda Williford Practicum- EPEL 7680 Dr. Berry Fall 2008
Instructional Vision As a prospective leader, I envision creating a positive school culture, placing emphasis on professional growth and student achievement. Through the utilization of professional development and action research, staff members will become lifelong learners and reflective individuals. Teachers will employ analytical skills while assessing his or her teaching practices, and they will make the necessary changes to better educate students. Collegial and collaborative efforts would be enacted in order to foster better communication amongst faculty and staff. Optimal educational experiences for students will be achieved through applying best practices. School decisions will be data driven focusing on overall improvement for both faculty and students.
