  1. English 10 - 5/14/12 • RC – Act of kindness. Say hello to five new people this week. This is a good way to make new friends. • Would you marry someone you didn’t like for money? How do you feel about arranged marriages? • How do you make a bandstand? • Fifinella – a female gremlin. Goals – Introduce vocabulary #32. finish Presentations. Introduce Taming of the Shrew. Interpreting Shakespeare. Homework – Don’t forget to study for quiz #32.

Ishram • Do parents sometimes know what is better for their children? Have you benefitted by being made to do something by your parents? • What do police use to arrest pigs? • Bdellism – infestation with leaches or use of leaches for blood letting. Goals - Work on getting the jokes from Taming of the Shrew. Handling the language. Homework – none.

Do you think that other people’s parents do that? • What did the snail say while he was riding on the turtle’s back? • Amaranth – a magic flower that never fades or withers. Goals – Characters names and personalities Work on getting the jokes from Taming of the Shrew. Handling the language. Homework – none.

English 10 - 5/18/12 • RC – write a note – Principal. • Five minutes to study for quiz #32. • Do you notice any scheming between boys and girls at school? • What is a bud that doesn’t bloom? • Bilocation – the ability to be in two different locations at the same time. Goals – Prepare for quiz on characters names and personalities. Keeping track of plot twists. Homework – Study for Character quiz tomorrow.
