  1. Key Club General meeting Tuesday, December 4th, 2012

  2. Pledge of Allegiance I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

  3. Key Club Pledge I pledge on my honor to uphold the objects of KEY Club International; to build my home, school, and community; to serve my nation and God; and to combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions.

  4. UPCOMING EVENTS December 2012 to 2013

  5. Dodge Ball Tournament! • When: Thursday, December 20th, 3:30-5:00 PM • Where: Beckman High School, TBA • What: Fundraise money for Save the Children (Hurricane Sandy) and donate toys for Toys for Tots through a dodge ball tournament! • Teams: Form teams of four to five with your buddies and see who is best! (Champions receive a prize!) • A ticket is required to participate. • Cost: $1 or a toy donation under the clock tower or at the door for a ticket. Tickets are required to participate in the tournament, to receive a free baked good at the event, and to earn service hours! Simply spectating is free.

  6. District Convention! (DCON) • When: March 22nd-24th, 2012 • Where: Anaheim Convention Center & Hilton Hotel • Price: $267 per member with four to a room. • What: A convention where Key Clubbers from the entire Cali-Nev-Hawaii district get together for spirit, learning for board positions, and more!

  7. Athlete Tutoring • What: Athletes in need of meeting their academic requirements here at Beckman need tutoring help! • Who: Any upperclassmen wanting to tutor. • When: Once every ten days during zero period. • If you are interested, inquire about our Google doc’s page to sign up!

  8. Annual Goldfish Pageant/Dec. DCM • Where: Canyon High School • When: Monday, December 17th, 5-9PM • Who: All local 4East Key Clubbers! • What: Attend for the monthly DCM and watch your fellow Key Clubbers in a pageant!

  10. Club Photos Passes! • Pick up club photo passes from Mr. Hallstrom’s room (this room) at lunch during Wednesday or Thursday. • These are vital for being included in Key Club’s yearbook photo. • Try to bring an orange shirt or a club shirt if you own one.

  11. Future DCMs! • What: DCMs are vital meetings between all Key Clubbers in District 4East for keeping up-to-date on district info. • December DCM: Canyon High • January DCM: Esperanza High • February DCM: Orange High
