  1. Key Club General Meeting 10/11/13 • Please grab a voting ballot from up front • and talk to me NOW if you are running for grade rep but have not signed up.

  2. Attendance • Attendance will be tracked at every meeting starting today • You must attend 80% of meetings to letter • You must email whskcattendance@gmail.com BY THURSDAY NIGHT if you are going to miss a meeting. • You will receive a strike for every two meeting missed.

  3. Email • The first email was sent out this week, please confirm that you received it. • If your email resembles any of these, talk to Meg after the meeting so she can get your correct email. • Also talk to Meg if you did not receive the email.

  5. Events • Write your name so I can read it on sign-ups. You also don’t need to give your phone number unless specified at the bottom of the page. • Concessions tonight! Please see me after the meeting for details. • Pullman Carnival tomorrow 10:30-3:00pm • FMSC November 11th 6:00-7:30 in Eagan. Arrange your own transportation. (10 spots, bonus hour if you bring a parent.) • New event at Bielenburg on Nov 1 and 2 coming soon!

  6. Grade Rep Elections • Grade Reps attend all board meetings to serve as a voice to the board on behalf of their grade • Vote for someone only from your grade • Only clap after everyone from a grade has given his/her speech.

  7. Seniors • John Stokes • Hello all, my name is John Stokes and I am running for 12th Grade Representative in key club this year. I am sorry I am unable to attend this meeting. Last year I was the 11th Grade Representative and really enjoyed the role. I am in a varitety of different activites here at WHS and with that know a vast majority of kids throughout the school. I am approachable and outgoing which you also need for this role. So please Vote for me!
