The UXAA Mission statement: The Upsilon Xi Alumni Association exists to glorify God by fostering a cooperative and closer relationship among its members, looking after their common interest and welfare, the initiation of educational, research, and other programs for the benefit of its members, and to initiate and undertake fund raising and other philanthropic activities for the benefit of Lee University, Upsilon Xi, the Alumni Association, and any other brothers who have a need.

The Upsilon Xi Alumni Association exists to glorify God by: Fostering a cooperative and closer relationship among its members, A redesigned website including more news updates, feature articles, and a “Black & Grey” archive The first ever Upsilon Xi Alumni Directory Looking after their common interest and welfare, Upsilon Xi website guestbook The initiation of educational, research, and other programs for the benefit of its members, November 1999 – Historical Research Committee Alumni retreats and events????? Initiate and undertake fund raising and other philanthropic activities for the benefit of Lee University, Upsilon Xi, the Alumni Association, and any other brothers who have a need. Lee University – Raised over $6,000 for the “Mace project” Upsilon Xi – Subsidizing alumni-related activities UXAA - PayPal capabilities expanded on UXAA website UXAA – License plates and other merchandising

UXAA Current Budget Status Yearly expenses for 2004 Postage, mailings - $41.28 Filing for non-profit status - $20.00 License for “Upsilonxi.com” - $35.00 Webpage hosting fees - $120.00 Postage/printing of “Black & Grey” Newsletter, Homecoming invitation postcard - ~ $700.00 Subsidy for Alumni Breakfast - ~$150.00 ------------------------------------------------------------ Total expenditures in 2004 - $1,066.28 Current balance available (Nov 2004) $1,097.91

UXAA Current direction/strategy In order to continue to meet our goals and mature as an organization, we must continue to do the following: • Strengthen our budget: Our current balance available is $1,097.91 • Stick with our core goals & direction • Continue to look for new ideas and opportunities
