LAUREN TRAVIS Director, Leadership Development Program, Future Women Leaders • Personal Mission: To help individuals, groups and organizations to reach their greatest potential.  She has a passion for coaching, cultural exchange and women's leadership development. • After exploring the fields of non-profit development, for-profit marketing, and coaching, Lauren began working full time at Wells Fargo in Corporate HR, first in a Leadership Development program, and currently as an Integration Project Manager for Wells Fargo-Wachovia merger activities. • BA from Stanford University and an MBA from University of San Francisco.  Served on the board of the Young Women Social Entrepreneurs. Founder of Women of the World Exchange.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Future Women Leaders • FWL is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area, serving emerging women leaders of all ages. • Mission: To help women in the Bay Area reach their leadership potential through providing opportunities in leadership training and development, in personal and professional growth, and in network building. • Many young women are still refining their goals, exploring further educational options, and building a network of other women with whom they can share ideas and support. • Since our founding in 2001, Future Women Leaders has served as a forum to bring together these high-potential emerging leaders together and support them in clarifying and reaching their goals. We do this through our monthly events, special programs, newsletters/online resources, and participation in the community.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Leadership Development Program • Future Women Leaders presents its annual Leadership Development Program for high-potential young professional women. • This four-month course develops the self-awareness, interpersonal skills and personal influence that provide the foundation for effective leadership.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Women’s Leadership Coaching Inc • We help women create a roadmap into positions of leadership and influence. • Provide seminars, webinars, and executive coaching programs. • Interviewed over 1,000 women to discover the skills women need to advance into corporate leadership positions.

JO MILLER CEO of Women’s Leadership Coaching, Inc. • A passion for helping women develop their leadership skills, confidence and presence. • Specialty: helping women break into leadership in industries that have been traditionally considered ‘a man’s world’, such as technology, finance and energy. • Created the Women’s Leadership Coaching system • Logged many thousands of hours coaching professional women • Traveled widely in Europe and the US to facilitate leadership development programs for women’s initiatives in Fortune 1,000 companies, including Boeing, Intel, KPMG, Oracle, UBS and more. • One of Silicon Valley’s Women of Influence in 2008.

KIM ZILLIOX, MA, MBA, CPCC Women’s Leadership Facilitator and Coach • Over 15 years of organizational consulting experience in executive coaching, training, sales, management, and career counseling. • Clients run the gamut between organizations such as Yahoo!, Intel, Cisco, Apple, and Intel to non-profits. • Successfully coached numerous individuals to unsurpassed results, and has led team building, leadership, change, culture, emotional intelligence, and sales seminars across the country. • Coaching leadership effectiveness, talent development, team building, and goal achievement. • Specializes in working with executives and leaders to be successful in leading organizations and teams to achieve the highest results possible. • M.A. in Counseling from Santa Clara University, an M.B.A. from UC Irvine, and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. • Certified coach, qualified in the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory.
