Office of the Director Provides management and administration of division programs and initiatives. Develops and implements EAD strategic and business plans. Provides support and assistance to customer agencies in the development and implementation of extramural programs. Conducts liaison activities with departmental administrative offices and external organizations. GAMS Develops and implements extramural agreements policy and procedures for ARS, ERS, and NASS . Provides authoritative advice and guidance on extramural agreement policies and procedure. Provides direct operational support to ERS, NASS, ARS HQ offices, and ARS field offices foreign extramural agreements. Conducts management and compliance reviews of customer agency programs. Focal point for all agencies for policy development, advisory and support services related to: Performance Management and Employee Recognition Programs. Retirement and Benefits, Workers’ Compensation, Occupational Medical Surveillance, Employee Assistance and Unemployment Compensation Programs.
