National Security Agency (NSA) HR Summer 2020 Intern (Deadline: 10/15) https://cpp.joinhandshake.com/jobs/3048022?ref=preview-header-click Responsibilities You will acquire practical HR experience while putting your intelligence and creativity to work in the U.S. Intelligence Community, for the world's technology leader. As an NSA HR Summer Intern, you will be assigned in one of these specialty areas: Total Compensation, HR Strategies, Recruitment and Staffing, HR Benefits and Employee Services, HR Information Systems, HR Data Analytics, or Global HR Service Delivery. Pay & Benefits • Students who attend schools in excess of 75 miles from Ft. Meade, MD are eligible for a round trip airfare ticket to and from school or mileage reimbursement up to the cost of a government issued airline ticket. • Subsidized housing accommodations are available upon request if school is located in excess of 75 miles from NSA main HQs campus • Students are paid a competitive salary commensurate with their education level • Receive annual leave, sick leave and paid federal holidays • Participation in agency-wide extracurricular programs Qualifications • Must be a US citizen • Must be eligible to be granted a security clearance • A GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred • Must be available for an operational interview and other applicable processing between the months for December 2019 and March 2020 • Undergraduate and Graduate students are eligible • Must provide unofficial or official transcripts • Must major in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Psychology with a documented Human Resources minor

Love 2 Learn Consulting LLC HR Paid Part-Time Internship (Deadline: 12/31) https://app.joinhandshake.com/jobs/2870092?ref=preview-header-click Responsibilities • Supports Human Resources department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all company employees. • Helps with annual reporting; maintains other records, reports and logs pertaining to applicant flow procedures. • Completes and manages the filing of I-9 forms for active and terminated employees. • Assists with 401(k) open enrollment process (quarterly) and schedules employee meetings • Handles general administrative duties • Manages collection of completed performance reviews and scans performance review documents for electronic file retention. • Assists in the on boarding and exit interview process. • Assists in organizational training and development efforts. • Manage HRIS database (HR Online) and Scheduling system • Participates in weekly HR Department meetings and attends other meetings and seminars. Qualifications • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, or other related field. • Minimum of 1 year administrative experience required. • Ability to organize and prioritize work; good time management skills and attention to detail. • Excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality. • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
