Injury Reduction Objective Action Status Ergo loss analysis completed Custodian position selected Campus Ergonomists collecting information 08.19 Project scope defined 09.24 Project roles assigned; timeline established First report due Spring 2011 Pilot implementation budget of $5000. per campus/med center (OP funding) • Conduct Systemwide Ergo Study of top 5 WC field positions • Incorporate standard ergonomic recommendations into facility planning. Protection of the Environment Objective Action Status Assigned to Environmental Managers Will use peer review process to identify issues. Estimated completion date: End fiscal year 2010 OP funding $150,000. for development of systemwide template for top 5 environmental compliance risks. Working with Gary Lucks/Beyond Compliance Work underway • Provide resources to develop UC systemwide strategies & programs to address the top 3 environmental legal & regulatory exposures including upcoming cap & trade requirements. • Owners: Environmental Managers Workgroup/Brian Oatman
