  2. As a manager or president of a country club, one is always on the lookout for improving things. If the club is in need of improvement or updating then you will to sit down and consult the board members and set a budget. Once you have decided upon the budget then the work on how to improve things can start. Start with the things that need your attention first like installing nets for golf and baseball or hiring a high quality chef. Following are some of the things that you might want improve in your country club.
