Introduction • The public school system is as an educational ladder, rising from elementary school to high school and finally college undergraduate and graduate program. • In Taiwan, elementary school to junior high school is compulsory education. • In America, elementary school to senior high school is compulsory education.

  16. Solutions • Encourage students to ask questions • Don’t follow rules and try to innovate • Interesting & innovating activities • Express opinions & be self- reliant
