Samordnad patientfakturering- bakgrund • Västra Götalandsregionen bildades år 1999 • Varje sjukhus och varje primärvårdsområde hade sina egna patientadministrativa system • Adapt, Elvis, SURF, PAS-ÖV, PAS-SV, Profdoc, Medidoc och Ambulink • Tankar på en gemensam fakturering för ett sjukhus hade börjat diskuteras år 2001 • År 2006 bildades Regionservice • Tiden ansågs nu mogen att ta ett samlat regiongrepp över patientfaktureringen
