Out-State ARRA Program • 24 out-state road projects • 19 projects have come in • 15 are out for bids • 23 out-state bridge projects • 18 projects have come in • 14 are out for bids • First to be let is in Morrison County – today.
Metro ARRA Program • Three tiers STP • Tier I – 3 proj. previously in STIP MnDOT will contribute ARRA $ • Tier II – 2 proj. already in STIP that will be made whole by ARRA $ • Tier III – 32 will get some ARRA $ - not 100% for construction only • ARRA Enhancement – • 6 – 16 projects to be selected (1.3 million max ARRA$)

E-Advertising The SALT site can be accessed from MN/DOT webpage listing Mn/DOT projects SALT site will contain abbreviated ads linked to full ads. Submit ads through One Office or SALT Website Expect 2 day turn around for posting once information is approved.
E-Advert Basic Requirements 1)Your County must have a website or link where the full ad can be placed. • (i.e. County Website, One Office, Quest.cdn) 2) “Non” One Office users will need a logon ID & password.
E-Advert SALT web advertising will parallel Construction Bulletin for about a year Important to transition away from CB as the Trade Journal for business consistency Need to work out affidavit of Publication (This is to satisfy auditors on state advertising req’ts)
