  2. What is accuracy? Accuracy refers to how close a measurement is to the true or actual value. Example: A dart thrower tries to get the darts as close to the bull's-eye as possible. He wants to make accurate throws.

  3. What is reproducibility? Reproducibility refers to how close a group of measurements are to each other. Example: A dart thrower throws 4 darts. They are all grouped close to each other. He is reproducing the location of the throws.

  4. Which are examples of accuracy? Which are examples of reproducibility? reproducibility reproducibility and accuracy not accurate, not reproducible Why? Why? Why? The throws are all grouped close together. The throws are all grouped close together and they are close to the bull’s-eye . The throws are not close to the bull’s-eye (not accurate) and they are not grouped together (reproducible) They are not accurate because they are not close to the bull’s-eye.
